COH Registration Rates

Registration fees to attend the Circle of Harmony HIV/AIDS Wellness Conference are as follows:

  • Early Bird Registration (May 1 - June 14, 2025) - $100
  • Regular Registration (June 15 – August 24, 2025) - $150
  • On-Site Registration (August 25-28, 2025) - $175
  • Arts and Crafts Vendor – $50
  • Non-profit/Tribal Program Exhibitor – $150
  • For Profit Exhibitor – $400

  • Individual Registration

    Full In-person Registration includes:

    • Admission to all conference sessions and activities
    • Admission to exhibit hall
    • Breakfast and lunch provided all three days of conference

    Full Vendor & Exhibitor Registration includes:

    • 10' x 10' booth space
    • 8 ft. table with two chairs
    • Breakfast and lunch provided all three days of conference

    One exhibitor is included, an additional exhibitor can be included for $50 extra. An additional table can be added for $50 (no outside tables are permitted).

COVID-19 Policy

The Albuquerque Area Indian Health Board is committed to providing a safe environment for participants of the 2025 Circle of Harmony HIV/AIDS Wellness Conference. While not required, all participants are encouraged to be up-to-date on current COVID-19 vaccinations. All conference participants are encouraged to wear face masks at all conference activities at the Isleta Resort and Casino.

Face masks and COVID-19 rapid tests will be available at the conference registration desk.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Written cancellations emailed on or before August 1, 2025, by 5:00 pm (MDT), will be honored less a $50 processing fee. Refunds will NOT be issued for cancellations emailed after this date. Registration Cancellation requests may be emailed to COHinfo@aaihb.org.

Hotel cancellations are the responsibility of the individual participant and must be made 72 hours prior to check-in date to avoid any charges and fees.
