Conference Details

We are excited to announce that the 2025 Circle of Harmony HIV/AIDS Wellness Conference will convene in-person at the Isleta Resort and Casino just north of Albuquerque, NM.

The theme for this year’s conference is “Cultural Threads of HIV Wellness: Weaving Healing, Partnerships, and Care” in recognition of the unique position of Indigenous communities to weave evidence based strategies with our cultural concepts of healing and care. The Indigenous HIV/AIDS Syndemic Strategy, Ending the HIV Epidemic initiative, and the National HIV/AIDS Strategy will guide our agenda to highlight best practices for implementing PrEP navigation, medication as prevention, and other biomedical strategies for advancing health equity. the unique position of Indigenous communities to weave evidence based strategies with our cultural concepts of healing and care. Registration

Registration fees to attend the Circle of Harmony HIV/AIDS Wellness Conference are as follows:

  • Early Bird Registration (May 1 - June 14, 2025) - $100
  • Regular Registration (June 15 – August 15, 2025) - $150
  • On-Site Registration (August 25-28, 2025) - $175
  • Arts and Crafts Vendor – $50
  • Non-profit Vendor – $100
  • For Profit Vendor – $200

Registration is not open.

The 2025 Circle of Harmony HIV/AIDS Wellness Conference will take place at the Isleta Resort and Casino just north of Albuquerque, NM.

You must submit a confirmed registration first to be able to make a hotel registration. Your confirmation email will include information to make a reservation at the hotel.

Hotel block ends July 26, 2025.

Rate: $144 per night.

The room rate is not inclusive of applicable state and local taxes (currently 6% and subject to change), or applicable service, or hotel specific fees in effect at the Hotel at the time of the conference.

A charge of $10 will be added for each guest over double occupancy with a maxium of four (4) guests per room.

AAIHB will not change reservations booked outside of our block to our group rates.

COVID-19 Policy

The Albuquerque Area Indian Health Board is committed to providing a safe environment for participants of the 2025 Circle of Harmony HIV/AIDS Wellness Conference. While not required, all participants are encouraged to be up-to-date on current COVID-19 vaccinations. All conference participants will be required to wear face masks at all conference activities at the Isleta Resort and Casino.

Face masks and COVID-19 rapid tests will be available at the conference registration desk.

Cancellation Policy

Written cancellations emailed on or before August 15, 2025, by 5:00 pm (MDT), will be honored in full, less a $50 processing fee. Hotel cancellations are the responsibility of the individual participant and must be made 48 hours prior to check-in date to avoid any charges and fees.

Refunds will NOT be issued for cancellations emailed after this date. Registration Cancellation requests may be emailed to COHinfo@aaihb.org.
