Bio: Darnell Duwyenie is a born and raised Las Vegas native living in Southern Nevada as the Client Programs Manager at Golden Rainbow. Darnell is an enrolled member of the Navajo Nation and is the Southwest Regional Representative with the National Native HIV Network. Darnell also facilitates 2 courses with the National Minority AIDS Council that builds the capacity of industry leading providers/professionals, people living with HIV, and addressing HIV related Stigma. Darnell’s scope of work involves facilitating health education courses/programs, providing housing stability, acquiring housing for those who are unhoused, overseeing all our housing programs, and providing permanent supportive housing. Darnell has been in his role for about 5 years and will keep going. Darnell applies these learned skills to meet provider and community member’s needs. Hospitality comes in many different forms and this calling to serve keeps him motivated to do more.
